Bitcoin dropped to a bear-market low near $59,000 in June, trading just 9% above its realized price of $53,600, a level that has historically signaled market bottoms.

However, analysts at CryptoQuant say the bottom is not yet confirmed. Bitcoin demand has fallen by 652,000 BTC, the sharpest decline since 2022, while spot Bitcoin ETFs continue to record outflows. Realized losses have reached only 187,000 BTC, far below the 1.2 million BTC seen during the 2022 capitulation.

Bitcoin was trading around $62,753, up 2% on the day but still down 23% over the past month and nearly 50% below its October 2025 peak of $126,000.

Solana seen outperforming Bitcoin over next three years

Solana has gained more than 250% over the last three years, compared with Bitcoin’s 140% increase, and some analysts believe the trend could continue.

Supporters point to Solana’s fast transaction speeds, low fees, and growing role in stablecoin payments and AI-powered applications. With a market value equal to only 3% of Bitcoin’s, Solana may have greater upside potential if crypto adoption continues to expand.

Ripple gains boost from mastercard partnership

Ripple received fresh institutional support after Mastercard included the company among more than 30 partners in its new AI-focused payment network, Agent Pay for Machines.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse welcomed the move, arguing that the financial industry is increasingly embracing the same institutional vision that XRP critics once dismissed. Despite the news, XRP trades near $1.11, down 6% over the past week, while maintaining a market capitalization of roughly $69 billion.
