Investment platform eToro announced today it now supports Danish Krone (DKK) accounts, allowing users in Denmark to trade and hold funds locally. The move is designed to lower costs for Danish investors.
With the new accounts, users can avoid currency conversion fees when trading stocks listed on the Copenhagen exchange. The platform also introduced discounted conversion rates for trading USD assets, starting from 0.75%.
“By combining global access with local features like DKK accounts, we help users reduce costs and manage currency exposure,” said Doron Rosenblum, eToro’s EVP for Business Solutions.

The update follows eToro’s expanded data partnership with Nasdaq Nordic last year, which added real-time pricing for over 210 Nordic stocks.
Soon, Danish users will also be able to convert select cryptocurrencies into DKK and use instant bank deposits via Open Banking. The changes are part of eToro’s broader European push, which includes recent sponsorships of several French football clubs and the Alpine Formula 1 team.
