NAGA Receives MiCA Authorization
NAGA Group has secured a MiCA license through its Cyprus-based subsidiary, NAGA X, allowing it to offer regulated crypto-asset services across the European Union. The approval comes just days before the July 1 deadline requiring crypto firms to obtain authorization or stop serving EU clients.
The company said the license formalizes crypto services it has offered for years and supports its broader strategy of combining trading, investing, payments and digital assets in its Naga One platform.
XTB Increases Marketing Spend in Germany
At the same time, XTB is stepping up its expansion in Western Europe. CEO Omar Arnaout said the broker will spend more on marketing in Germany than in Poland this year as it seeks to strengthen its presence in one of Europe’s largest investing markets.
The move follows Trade Republic’s entry into Poland and forms part of XTB’s goal to attract around one million new clients in 2026, with Germany expected to play a key role in its growth plans.
